Coaching Sessions – 2023/2024
| PRE – WINTER COACHING SESSIONS |
| Sessions will be on Thursday 2 May, Thursday 9 May and Thursday 16 May, each session will commence at 10.00am and conclude at 12.00pm We will review our delivery sequence, aiming line routine and provide you with practical techniques to work on over the winter months. There may also be an opportunity to view a series of videos on YouTube by Dan Milligan (Canadian Commonwealth Games Representative) titled “The Delivery Doctor”. I am confident everybody will benefit greatly from viewing these videos. In addition, sessions will also include weight control suggestions, match simulation including tactical opportunities plus a session on “The Mat is my Friend.” Look forward to seeing as many members there as possible.
